Refund and Cancellation Policy

repixll sells credits. One credit generates one image with our AI service. Because a credit pays for that on-demand AI usage, refunds are handled in credits, not money.

Refunds are in credits, not money

Payments for credits are not refundable to your card or bank. When you buy credits you are paying for AI generation, which we run on demand. What we return, when something goes wrong, is credits to your balance, except where the law requires otherwise.

Failed generations return their credits automatically

If a generation fails, the credits used for the assets that did not deliver are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Defective or wrong output

If a delivered image is broken or clearly not what was generated, contact us within 7 days with your account email. We will regenerate it or return the credits for it.

Delivered images

Images are delivered instantly and are digital goods, so credits spent on successfully delivered images are not refundable, except as above or where the law requires otherwise.
