Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of repixll, a product of Kriyaetive Verse Pvt. Ltd. By using repixll you agree to them.

The service

repixll turns a photo into an illustrated portrait, an expression pack, posters, and channel-sized campaign assets. Outputs are AI-generated illustrations and will vary.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with an email and password. Keep your account secure and use it as one person. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• You must own, or have the right to use, every photo you upload. Do not upload images of other people without their clear consent.
• Do not use repixll to impersonate, deceive, harass, or break the law, and do not try to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits and payments

repixll is pay-first. Credits are bought as one-time purchases, and one credit is one image. There is no subscription. The price is shown before you pay, taxes included where they apply, and payments are processed by Razorpay. If a generation fails to deliver, the credit is refunded automatically. See our Refund Policy.

Your content and outputs

You keep your rights to the photo you upload. You receive the generated images for your own personal and commercial use. Free exports carry a small "Made with repixll" watermark; paid exports do not. We do not claim ownership of your outputs, and we will only show your images as examples with your permission.

AI and likeness

Outputs are machine-generated and may not be exact. You are responsible for how you use them. Do not use them to mislead anyone or to impersonate a real person.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties. We may change, pause, or remove features. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
